Amanda Rockman is a nationally recognized Pastry Chef with sixteen years experience spanning a three star Michelin restaurant, farm to table concepts, both boutique and large hotels, and pastry-focused concepts.  She has received numerous accolades including: Jean Banchet Rising Pastry Chef 2010, Jean Banchet Pastry Chef of the Year 2011, Chicago Tribune's Pastry Chef of the Year 2013, and was a James Beard Award Semi-finalist for Outstanding Pastry Chef in 2015.  Having opened three restaurants and two hotels in the last seven years, Rockman is well versed in setting up pastry programs for success and consistent execution.
